Child Safety Standards

Bacstage is designed to connect verified creators and their audiences in a safe and professional environment. We actively work to prevent misuse of our platform by implementing policies, moderation tools, reporting mechanisms, and account enforcement procedures.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child grooming, child endangerment, or any content or behavior that places minors at risk. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitative content involving minors.
• Grooming, solicitation, coercion, or exploitation of minors.
• Requests for inappropriate images, videos, or personal information from minors.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, or abusive behavior directed toward children.
• Any attempt to use Bacstage to facilitate illegal or harmful activities involving minors.

Users must meet the minimum age requirement specified in our Terms of Service. Accounts suspected of being underage without appropriate authorization may be suspended or permanently removed. Creators are responsible for ensuring their content and interactions comply with all applicable child safety laws.

Bacstage uses a combination of automated systems and manual review processes to detect, investigate, and remove content that violates our Child Safety Standards. We continuously improve our moderation systems to better identify harmful behavior.

Users can report inappropriate content, suspicious behavior, abusive interactions, or potential child safety concerns directly within the app or by contacting our support team.

Every report is reviewed promptly. Where appropriate, offending content is removed, accounts are suspended or terminated, and additional action may be taken.

Violations of these standards may result in:

• Immediate removal of violating content.
• Temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Restriction of platform features.
• Reporting to appropriate law enforcement or child protection authorities where required by law.

We are committed to protecting user privacy while complying with applicable legal obligations relating to child safety. Information associated with verified reports may be preserved and disclosed only where legally required or necessary to protect users.

Every member of the Bacstage community plays an important role in maintaining a safe environment. Users are encouraged to immediately report any content or behavior that appears suspicious, exploitative, or harmful.
